Subject: Slipping on final

Hello again folks.
For the Pitts-savvy of you out there... is there an approach speed
that's "too low" from which to slip safely? The reason I ask is that
I've been slowing down on approach. I used to approach at 110-100mph,
and now I'm down to about 90mph. I noticed last time I slipped in to
land that the plane had a bit of a tendency to oscillate forward and
back, like I was in a rocking chair. What's the plane trying to tell
me? Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Ryan Ferguson
