trickmeister from Florida.

My name is Robert Thiele, I own RT Construction of Roanoke, Texas.
www.r-tconstruction.com. Last July, we worked in 110 degree heat pouring
concrete to expand Mr. Blakey's shop and parking area. We formed and poured
1640 square feet 5.5 inches thick and installed 250' of wedge beam, with
additional site preparation tractor work. The total current market value
invoice was $8580. Mr. Blakey paid one check for $1240. But he has and is
determined not to pay the balance owing. We have filed a lien on his
property in Denton County Texas.
