Most students go through a period of feeling ill. Keep the lessons short
initially (30 mins block-block?) until you build up resilience. Whenever you
reach the stage where you're wondering "do I need to stop?" the answer is
always YES - because you won't be concentrating on the references.
After a bit more experience the illness will pass.
