Kirill,
Don't worry about it. You will get better. Your body can
get used to almost anything with time.
I used to get very sick and vomited twice in an Extra 300/L.
I now own a Pitts and can fly for 45 minutes +6/-3G's without
any problem. I do occasionaly get a bit of a headache after all
that stuff but my tollerance went up remarkably once I started
flying regularly. If I stop for a few weeks my tollerance drops
back a bit and I have to work up to it again.
What ever you do, don't take anything like gravol. Just make
sure you have had a bit to drink and a bit to eat, something light
with a bit of sugar before flying. It does not hurt to take a
small candy with you to snack on 20 minutes into the flight. I
also used to take a small wet cloth in a plastic bag to wet the
back of my neck when I was first doing dual. An empty stomach is
worse than a full one as you will quickly get sick, remember you
are doing quite serious excercise while doing aerobatics so
eat accordingly.
So, don't let anything stop you from doing what you want to
do. You will find that being in reasonably good shape helps too.
Note that nasea is a psychological reaction to a discord between
what your eyes see and you inner ear is feeling. Your brain will
eventually rewire things so that its not a problem anymore. I
used to worry that it was a physical reaction that I would not
be able to overcome ... If I can get over it ... so can you.
Cheers,
