Subject: Suprone vs. Supine

Curious, has anyone seen accident statistics for suprone vs. supine HG
accidents? Obviously head-first collisions are more dangerous than
foot-first ones, but how much of that danger is caused from being
helplessly tethered to the wing? Could all pilots benefit from an
emergency karabiner release, something faster than a hooknife?
