Selling paper is nothing more than transfering debt. Instead of gov debt it
is now corporate debt that again must be paid for by some means. User fee
is the same thing as a new tax. Reforming the problems in the current
system would be better than creating a whole new list of problems many of
which might totally unanticipated and create many more problems than they
solve. This is not the place for if we have a problem we can't fix, let's
create one we can so we can take credit for it.
