Definitely not. However, I may be one of the few folks naive enough to
believe that IFR Refresher Magazine would review their articles (and author)
for accuracy before they would publish bogus info. I haven't taken the
opportunity to scrutinize his work yet. I must admit though, there have been
items in IFR Magazine that I didn't quite agree with. I don't remember if
any were authored by him. I never advocate using a single source of info.
