The way the thing is depicted, I wouldn't.
Without vectors, I would proceed from (NOZLE) intersection, to the IAF
(KRAUS) which appears to be a feeder route with a heading of 166, on the 346
radial from JWH. I'd intercept the localizer. The angle would indicate a
direct entry. Do a circuit of the hold and fly the approach.

Get out the low altitude chart and I'll bet it shows a feeder route.

Using JWH ourbound is doing it the hard way. It'd be a whole lot easier to
join the feeder route. That way you can use DME as an aid to count down to
the localizer intercept.
