There is a company in Geneva which advertises training in November airplanes. I
don't know the name of it, but check with the Swiss AOPA (www.aopa.ch), they can
certainly point you in the right direction.
I have heard that registering your airplane in Bermuda is also a possbility - It
seems JAA really hates the FAA and does not want European pilots to "escape" to
an FAA certification. -- there are already rumours circulating of N-aircraft
being impounded in France due to problems with VAT. The advantage of Bermuda is
that its part of the Commonwealth, which makes it (for now) less of a target.
See http://www.dca.gov.bm
You might also want to check out the IR Network (www.pplir.org) - they are the
european assorciation of IR Pilots.
Cheers & Good Luck!
