If you're interested, I have both the KLN 89B and KLN 94 Pilot's Guides
available for download in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. There are also other
Bendix/King (now Honeywell) Pilot Guide's available.
Also available is the KLN 89 Windows-based simulator. Gives you a feel for
the unit, although it's limited.
The KLN 89B is a incredible machine - not just for it's GPS ability, but for
flight calculations, fuel reports, vertical navigation, etc. Most pilots
that I've shared rides with really only use a fraction of it's ability.
