The guy who started the thread has clarified that his installation is for a
motorglider, and cited as an example a production motorglider which he
claims is equipped for IFR.

Ive [sic] got a motorglider I want equiped [sic]
with night IFR,what are the minimum nessasary
instraments [sic] for IFR.And to make it easy,
lets just pretend this is a powered aircraft
that Ill [sic] just happen to fly with long
intermitent [sic] periods of engine failure

Thanks for clarifying what the discussion was about, but actually I have
been following along. Now that he's asked the same question at least four
times, I figured it was time for someone to give him an equipment list, even
if the source is imperfect.

As you said yourself, IFR in a glider is impractical and equipping a glider
for IFR is an academic exercise. Practically speaking, if this guy finds
himself in the clag after dark, he's going to be turning the key and calling
for a clearance. Which means he needs the stuff in 91.205(d) and he needs
to get the aircraft certified for IFR -- but that's his problem.
