This brings up an interesting question. How many of you used
sectional charts during your IFR flight training? How about on the
FAA written or oral tests?

I went through a very structured Part 141 program for my IR (at an
FBO, not a so called 'diploma mill'), and I don't recall using
sectionals. I have a feeling a lot of instrument rated pilots would
relate a similar experience during their IFR training.
