Oh please. You complain about a very specific part of X-Plane's flight model
without having the faintest idea what the specific flight modeling issues
are..

Go and read up on how engine intakes influences aircraft performance in the
supersonic regime, examine at X-Plane's Plane Maker and flight model and
engage your brain before opening your mouth.
