Not that I could see.

According to a somewhat dated AOPA article entitled "What drives 100LL
avgas prices?", something like 400 million gallons of 100LL are
produced annually. Federal tax on that is $0.15 per gallon, while
state and local taxes add anywhere from 5 to 55 cents per gallon on to
that. So Russell Kent's previous estimate of $.20 a gallon as tax is
probably a little conservative, or perhaps that $0.20 only accounts
for the current federal portion of the fuel tax total.

If you add the tax revenue which comes from the GA's kerosene burning
side, it probably accounts for a few hundred million dollars at least.
They pay less for fuel, but burn a hell of a lot more of it.

According to the AOPA article entitled "Airport and Airway Trust
Fund", the FAA is getting $40 billion over three years. The article
also says that aviation users will pay "some $33 billion into the
trust fund over the next three years, with all of that money tagged
for FAA’s Facilities and Equipment (F&E) and Airport Improvement
Program (AIP) budgets".
